Fresh Peach and Pomegranate Daiquiri
Serves: 2 cocktails
  • 2 peaches, stones removed and cut into chunks
  • 2 ounces PAMA Liqueur
  • 2 ounces white rum
  • ½ ounce fresh lemon juice
  • ½ cup ice cubes
  • fresh mint for garnish
  1. Place the cut peaches on a baking sheet and put them in the freezer for at least one hour.
  2. In a blender, place the ingredients, including the frozen peaches in the order given. Blend until smooth. Pour into serving glasses and garnish with a sprig of mint.
