Fresh Peach and Pomegranate Daiquiri
stones removed and cut into chunks
fresh lemon juice
fresh mint for garnish
Place the cut peaches on a baking sheet and put them in the freezer for at least one hour.
In a blender, place the ingredients, including the frozen peaches in the order given. Blend until smooth. Pour into serving glasses and garnish with a sprig of mint.
