Ingredients
2mandarin orangespeeled, segments separated and frozen
1/2bananapeeled and frozen
4 to 6ice cubes
1cupunsweetened almond milkor milk of your choice
1teaspoonpure vanilla extract
Instructions
Combine all of the ingredients in the pitcher of your blender. Process on high speed until smooth.
Pour into two serving glasses.
Notes
I use a high speed blender that has the ability to process thicker textures. If your blender has difficulty blending, add a bit more almond milk or omit the ice cubes.
