Ingredients
1fresh peachhalved and stone removed
1/2small frozen banana
1/2cupfresh or frozen blueberriesstrawberries or mix of both
1tablespoonvanilla protein powder
1/4cupunsweetened almond milk
1/2teaspoonground cinnamon
<b>Toppings:</b>
1tablespoonhemp seeds
2tablespoonscrushed almonds
1teaspoonunsweetened coconut flakes
additional berries
Instructions
Add the peach, banana, berries, protein powder, almond milk and cinnamon to your blender. Process on high speed for about 40 to 45 seconds or until smooth.
Divide into two bowls or two glasses. Top with your choice of toppings.
