juice of one lime
1/2bunch cilantro
1/2teaspoonsalt
Instructions
Place all of the ingredients into your food processor or blender. Pulse with short bursts until desired consistency. Alternately, you can certainly finely chop the ingredients and combine in a bowl. Taste test and add additional salt, if needed.
Notes
Omit the serrano peppers if you don’t like a spicy salsa. I love to combine them with jalapeños because I love their flavors and heat together.For a thicker, more concentrated salsa, squeeze the seeds out of the tomatoes before processing. I leave them in…I love their juiciness!
